Important Account Responsibilities:
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. KCoNest cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

We may require you to verify your email address or provide additional information to confirm your identity. Failure to complete verification may limit your access to certain features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will always strive to maintain free access to core co-parenting features.

4User Responsibilities
As a user of KCoNest, you agree to:

Prohibited Activities
You must NOT:

- • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- • Impersonate others or create fake accounts
- • Attempt to hack, breach security, or disrupt the service
- • Use automated bots or scrapers
- • Sell, rent, or commercialize the platform
- • Share child endangerment material
- • Violate any laws or third-party rights

Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the content you post, upload, or share on KCoNest (messages, photos, documents, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your content.
License to KCoNest
By uploading content, you grant KCoNest a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.
Content Standards
All content must:
- Be appropriate for a co-parenting platform
- Not violate any laws or regulations
- Not contain hate speech, threats, or harassment
- Not include explicit, violent, or harmful material
- Respect the privacy and dignity of all parties
Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these terms or our community standards. We may also terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our content policies.
6Intellectual Property
Platform Ownership
The KCoNest platform, including its code, design, logos, features, and documentation, is owned by KCoNest and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9Limitation of Liability
IMPORTANT LIMITATION
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
KCoNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- • Service interruptions or errors
- • Unauthorized access to your account
- • Damages from use or inability to use the service
- • Actions or content of other users
- • Any damages arising from co-parent disputes
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of KCoNest shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months (which is £0 since our service is free).
Jurisdictional Variations
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties or liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10Account Termination
Your Right to Terminate
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We recommend downloading your data before deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason with notice when possible.
Grounds for Termination
We may terminate your account for:

- Creating multiple fake accounts
- Any activity that harms other users or the platform
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
