From Personal Struggle to Platform
In 2022, I found myself navigating one of life's most challenging transitions: co-parenting after separation. Like many parents, I quickly realized that the hardest part wasn't the logistics—it was the communication.
Text messages got lost in threads. Important documents were scattered across emails. Expenses were tracked on scraps of paper. Worse yet, every commercial co-parenting app I tried came with a hefty price tag—money I simply didn't have while supporting two households.
I'm a software developer by trade. One sleepless night, frustrated by another miscommunication, I thought: "What if I built something different? Something that actually helped, was easy to use, and didn't drain already-tight budgets?"
That night, KCoNest was born.
